Trustee Finance Services
Home-based (with travel to our office in London)
About Us
We’re Blind Veterans UK, a charity that helps vision-impaired ex-service people from every generation rebuild their lives after their sight has been affected. Founded in 1915 by Sir Arthur Pearson to help the many veterans losing their sight during the First World War, we have over a century of experience providing the best care to our veterans.
Since then, we’ve provided support to tens of thousands of vision-impaired veterans, helping them to regain their independence. By providing our members with the tools and skills they need to lead a fulfilling and active life, we ensure they remain valued members of society.
We’re one transformational team that believes every visually impaired veteran should be able to lead the life they choose.
Blind Veterans UK is set to strengthen its Board of Trustees with the recruitment of a new Finance Services Trustee on a part-time basis, attending meetings approximately one or two days per month. This role will play a key part in shaping the organisation’s financial oversight and long-term sustainability.
